Fabian was literally so nice and sweet. He was so patient and literally got me in and out in no time! I had to make a few phone calls and he wasn’t acting irritated or like he was in rush or nothing. I’ve been to other dealers and it’s like they’re in a race and so impatient . As soon as I walked in the door the ladies greeted me and offered me water/coffee, so nice of them. I’m so grateful to have found this place. The process was quick and easy and just when I didn’t think I would get accepted I did and got into a suv just like I imagined. I didn’t feel like I was pressured to take a car I didn’t actually want. I usually don’t even write review's but this place deserved it 100%! Thank you so much Fabian and Wheels of Chicago, I don’t think you all realize how much you impact people’s lives by helping them get back on their feet-or should I say back on wheels lol ! Thank you all and God bless you all !

She was amazing wonderful I had doubts about getting in the car and she made it happen and it was the car that I actually want it she is very respectful she’s gonna work with you when I tell you I was in and out. I probably was in a hour and a half to two hours at the max she worked with my budget. She worked with everything and yeah, it’s a pleasant place. Go get a car don’t mess your money up.
